Farm land price growth trebles

Sue Steer, as The Royal Institiution of Chartered Surveyors spokesperson, appeared on BBC1’s Country File on 6th May 2007 to discuss the dramatic increase in farm land prices over the last year.

Demand for farmland has been pushed up by a lack of supply of land coming onto the market, record City Bonuses, better commodity prices and competition form the Irish and Danes.
